When will my order ship?

My order hasn't arrived yet. Is it lost?
On rare occasions, USPS will lose mail (even with a tracking number!). While we will try our best to track the location of the package, sometimes the package is simply lost. Upon this situation, please email us at studiok8ki@gmail.com and we'll be happy to assist.

Where do I pickup my order?
We will contact you for setting up a pickup location.
When do I have to pick it up by?
You must pick up your order within 3 business days after the order is ready for pickup. If your order has surpassed the pickup window, we will cancel and refund your order minus a $10 restocking fee.
(If you need more than 3 days to pickup your order please let us know when you place the order!)

My items came damaged when they got to me.
I want you to LOVE your products! If your items were damaged in transit, please send us a picture of the item's condition and we will send you a new package right away.
How can I get a refund on my order?
Unopened goods in their plastic sleeves can be fully refunded within 30 days of purchase, customer pays return shipping. Please let us know we should be expecting a package from you, and ship the package to our mailing address.
